What is the Zquid's Gambit?
The Zquid's Gambit (TZG) is a Homestuck fanproject based around some original characters. It's a love letter to the comic, from two nerds who read it way too late, as well as a critique and exploration of the plot devices and little details we thought could've used a bit more time, as is the case with many a fanfic.

Wait, you mean literally? I'm not all that into chess theory, so I don't actually know. Never played a game against the guy, myself.

So, where do I read it?
Here! Once we've got that page up, of course. Also, we'll be mirroring to MSPFA for a little extra visibility, but I'm not a fan of how slow that site is.

What the heck is a Zquid
Despite similarities in name, a Zquid is not actually related to the typical Squid, though they are both cephalopods. Horrorterrorus Zquidus is a unique specimen that enjoys playing games and is uniquely pseudo-intellectual in nature. It also causes a lot of problems for other species, naturally.

When will we be able to read it?
Hopefully soon! We've got some stuff to work on before we can, but we've almost got the pieces in place. Now we gotta make the checkmate.
